  Came to pick up a package as I could not be home to sign for it. Staff was friendly and quick getting my parcel and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

  Worst customer service ever,claiming him self A SUPERVISOR "AHMED" wouldnt take about 40 packages Ground just because he is lazy to put them on the conveyor belt!! claiming this location is only for Express shipping, Had to make a big deal, then a collegue of his came in saying its too much to take, but took them at the end,
  Mr Ahmed. With all due respect. If you cant work, u can quit and let others do the JOB!!
  Worst fedex ship center in jersey!!
